MSA’s Annual General Meeting

The Malta Society of Arts will be holding its Annual General Meeting at 6.00pm on Monday 24th March 2014 at its premises, Palazzo de La Salle (Valletta). Members are iformed that the Agenda of this year’s AGM include the election of three Board Directors, to serve for the period 1st April 2014 – 31st March 2016. All members who are up to date in the Membership Fee may nominate candidates that were approved as members before the 31st December 2013 and whose subscription fee is paid prior to election day. Nominations must be made on a prescribed form. These nominations must be deposited in a Nomination Box at the MSA’s premises not later than noon of Monday 24th February 2014.
