London College of Music Winter Practical Exams 2025

LONDON COLLEGE OF MUSIC EXAMS

Winter 2025 Practical Session

The LCM Winter 2025 Practical Exams will be held between Monday 6 October and Friday 24 October 2025 at Palazzo de La Salle.

These exams will include 278 students sitting for their Graded exams and 17 for their Diploma exams, with a total of 295 students.

The instruments for this exam session are: Piano, Clarinet, Violin, Classical Guitar, Acoustic Guitar, Electric Guitar, Classical Saxophone, Flute, Drum Kit, Pop Music Vocals, Trumpet , Cello, and Euphonium.

The examiner for this exam session is Ms Sarah Sykes (read her biography below)

Sarah Sykes – Examiner

Sarah Sykes studied at the Royal Academy of Music and at both Middlesex and London Universities. She has an extensive background in music education, having taught Singing and Piano and served as a Music Teacher at both Primary and Secondary levels.

As a professional Opera Singer, Sarah performed with leading ensembles, including as a member of the BBC Singers. Her work as a Musical Director spans more than 30 stage productions, showcasing her versatility and commitment to performance.

Sarah now serves as a Music and Drama Examiner for the London College of Music, examining candidates across the UK and internationally.
